• In this position, you will connect traditional storytelling with innovative automation, transforming extensive ideas into effective social videos and SEO-optimized articles.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Aid in the development and enhancement of blog and social media content (including video) utilizing AI tools to increase reach, engagement, and search visibility.

• Short-Form Video Creation and Editing: Work together to produce captivating, “scroll-stopping” native videos for social media platforms.

• Content Repurposing: Employ AI tools to convert long-form content into high-performing Reels, Shorts, and Stories that drive traffic and engagement.

• Content Optimization: Revitalize existing blog posts with AI-supported updates to enhance performance and rankings.

• Internal Linking & Growth: Assist in fortifying our website’s structure by pinpointing and incorporating internal links through AI-driven workflows to enhance SEO and user journeys.

• Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all content adheres to SEO and brand standards, including clear structure, metadata, and accessibility (headers, alt-text, etc.).

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in utilizing tools for content creation and optimization.

• Design & Video Basics: Capability to use tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Figma, etc.) to create polished, engaging content.

• AI: Comfortable using AI for ideation, editing, repurposing, and workflow automation.

• Detail-Oriented: You identify minor issues before they are published and prioritize content quality.

• Communication: Proficient in both Polish and English.
