Junior Content Manager, English – Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Meet the objectives and OKRs set by management;

• Develop, update, and refine written content in both Arabic and English across various formats including body copy, teasers, titles, and more;

• Translate and adapt materials from English to Arabic, covering events, attractions, venues, FAQs, artist names, and UX texts;

• Review and quality assure existing translations to ensure accuracy, tonal consistency, and grammatical correctness;

• Upload and manage content using internal back-office and CMS systems in accordance with established workflows;

• Enhance content in line with SEO best practices to boost visibility and search performance;

• Address translation requests from marketing, product, and sales teams, encompassing decks, presentations, and promotional texts;

• Craft engaging headlines, CTAs, category labels, and UX microcopy with creativity and style;

• Follow brand tone and style guidelines; propose enhancements and proactively identify translation errors;

• Review and refine English content, ensuring originality through plagiarism checks, and rewriting it to align with our brand's tone of voice.

• Over 2 years of experience in writing and editing content in both English and Arabic;

• Dedicated to producing 100% human-written content and translations;

• Capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines;

• Creativity and flair in crafting headlines, descriptions, and CTAs;

• Strong editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills in both languages, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences while maintaining the brand's tone of voice;

• Familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams;

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities;

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
