This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the editorial process

• Identify and revise AI-generated content

• Convert client brand guidelines into comprehensive style guides

• Manage content calendars for all active accounts

• Ensure deadlines are clear and achievable

• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to writers based on their expertise

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in editing or content management, preferably within an agency or SEO/content marketing environment

• Exceptional editorial skills

• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows

• Demonstrated proactive leadership

• Strong organizational abilities
