Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement an organic content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.

• Create and oversee a multi-channel editorial calendar.

• Identify content opportunities by analyzing industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor actions.

• Continuously enhance the content strategy based on performance insights and analytics.

• Transform founder recordings, concepts, and product insights into refined content assets.

• Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn and various social media platforms.

• Design branded graphics and visual content.

• Craft engaging captions, blogs, articles, newsletters, and website copy.

• Repurpose long-form content into diverse formats suitable for different channels.

• Publish and schedule content across the company’s social media platforms.

• Maintain a consistent brand message and tone of voice.

• Monitor industry discussions and competitor activities.

• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance data.

• Ensure all content aligns with the company's messaging and positioning.

• Collaborate closely with founders on initiatives related to executive thought leadership.

• Maintain and grow the company’s content library and brand assets.

• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance the company’s brand presence.

• Monitor organic growth, engagement, and content performance metrics.

• Analyze audience behavior and platform analytics.

• Recommend data-driven enhancements to optimize content effectiveness.

• Continuously refine content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Management, or B2B Social Media.

• Experience with SaaS, AI, or technology companies is preferred.

• Experience supporting founder-led brands or executive thought leadership is highly desirable.

• Proven experience managing organic content strategies across multiple digital channels.

• Background in creating written, visual, and video content.

• Strong proficiency in Canva.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

• Experience with CapCut or Descript.

• Experience managing content on LinkedIn.

• Proficiency in using Figma.

• Experience with ChatGPT or Claude.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Experience with content scheduling platforms like Buffer, Metricool, or Hootsuite.

• Exceptional copywriting and editing capabilities.

• Strong skills in visual storytelling and brand development.

• Video editing experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of organic social media growth strategies.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into engaging content.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to work directly with founders.

• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.
