This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Assist in monitoring activities, including data collection.
• Aid in monitoring Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Facilitate the reporting of value transfers.
• Oversee annual Fair Market Value (FMV) updates.
• Prepare, communicate, and monitor the Data Privacy Notice (DPN).
• Support compliance training initiatives (systems).
• Act as a super user for various systems (e.g., Veeva, SOOS).
• Provide assistance to the Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Manager with a range of tasks.
• 2-3 years of experience in compliance.
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business.
• Must be located in one of the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.
• Strong understanding of regional and local Codes of Practice, along with key regulations related to broader compliance aspects.
• Familiarity with the healthcare systems in the CEE country/ies.
• Demonstrated history of holding compliance roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capable of business partnering.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented, effective communicator, adaptable, and self-confident individual.
