Junior Compliance Specialist, CEE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Assist with monitoring activities, including data collection.

• Aid in the oversight of CAPAs.

• Support the reporting of value transfers.

• Oversee the annual updates of FMV.

• Prepare, communicate, and monitor the Data Privacy Notice (DPN).

• Assist with compliance training related to systems.

• Act as a super user for systems (e.g., Veeva, SOOS).

• Provide support to the Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Manager on various tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in compliance.

• 2-3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical business.

• Must be located in one of the CEE countries.

• Strong understanding of regional and local Codes of Practice as well as key regulations related to broader compliance aspects.

• Working knowledge of healthcare systems in CEE country/ies.

• Proven history of holding compliance roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Capable of business partnering.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented, effective communicator, adaptable, and self-assured.
