This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Assist with monitoring activities, including data collection.
• Aid in monitoring Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Facilitate transfer of value reporting.
• Oversee annual Fair Market Value (FMV) updates.
• Prepare, communicate, and monitor the Data Privacy Notice (DPN).
• Support compliance training initiatives (systems).
• Serve as a super user for systems (e.g., Veeva, SOOS).
• Provide assistance to the Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Manager with various tasks.
• 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role.
• 2-3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical business.
• Must be located in one of the Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.
• Strong understanding of regional and local Codes of Practice, as well as key compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems in CEE country/ies.
• Demonstrated history of holding compliance positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to partner effectively in a business context.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, adaptable, and self-confident individual.
