This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Develop your daily travel schedule and utilize route optimization tools to efficiently visit all farms.
• Hit the road, traveling between farms.
• Oversee collar stock on customer farms, ensuring accurate levels and preventing any oversights.
• Carefully pack and dispatch urgent spare collars to farms that require them promptly.
• Return collars to AKL HQ and maintain smooth logistics operations.
• Perform hardware audits and trials on customer farms.
• Represent Halter positively and professionally while interacting with our customers on the farm.
• Valid Full NZ Class 1 driver's license — a must, as you will be covering significant distances.
• Experience on farms (additional points if you have worked with cattle).
• Strong communication skills that leave farmers with a positive impression of Halter; your interactions are important.
• Physically fit and ready for the manual aspects of the job.
• Dependable, punctual, and someone who takes responsibility; if you commit to being there, you will be.
• A robust work ethic with demonstrable results.
• Comfortable working independently while on the road and collaboratively as part of a team when back at the base.
