Junior Business Support Analyst – RPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, assist, and sustain automated RPA processes.

• Detect and rectify failures, inconsistencies, and unforeseen behaviors.

• Examine logs, incidents, data, and integrations.

• Execute queries and make adjustments in SQL Server.

• Conduct low- to medium-complexity repairs and maintenance on C#/.NET applications.

• Carry out tests, validations, and reprocessing tasks.

• Supervise deployments and automated routines.

• Record incidents and their resolutions.

• Provide support to users and technical teams.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement, stability, and availability of automation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of C# and .NET with a focus on application analysis and maintenance.

• Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL, encompassing queries, joins, and data validation.

• Capability to analyze logs, errors, and incidents.

• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

• Acquaintance with ticketing systems and incident tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines; or

• A completed technical high school diploma in IT, Systems Development, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Basic comprehension of RPA concepts and process automation.

• Experience with REST APIs and more sophisticated integrations.

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

• Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management practices.

• Experience with application and automation monitoring tools.

• Basic knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.

• Prior experience in the support, maintenance, or development of RPA solutions.

• Awareness of operational metrics, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
