This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Support the daily administration of employee benefits programs, which include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
• Address employee questions concerning benefits eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment procedures.
• Refer complex benefits matters to the Benefits Manager or Benefits leadership when necessary.
• Update and maintain 401(k) demographic data through the provider’s website (PSW).
• Oversee the processing of National Medical Support Notices (NMSN) and conduct regular audits of benefits to ensure compliance with regulations and reduce organizational risk.
• Assist with special benefits initiatives as required, including the development of employee communication and educational materials related to benefits.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or office administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and benefits management platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
