Junior Backend Developer, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Crafting high-quality JS/TS code with an object-oriented programming approach

• Actively participating in product development by identifying enhancement opportunities

• Creating documentation for the code delivered

• Conducting peer code reviews

• Enhancing and utilizing the company's knowledge repository

• Collaborating with the team to effectively convert business complexities (user stories/tasks) into actionable solutions (end results/estimations)

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6-12 months of professional experience with Node.js

• A strong desire for knowledge and continuous improvement

• Familiarity with fundamental JS concepts (ES 2018+)

• Basic experience with at least one Node.js backend framework (e.g., Express.js, NestJS)

• Understanding of SOLID principles and DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) methodology

• Proficient in English at B2 level

• Proficient in Polish at C1 level
