Junior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.

📋 Description

• Gradually become acquainted with the Versat ERP and Versat CRM products.

• Learn the team's working methodology and adhere to agile best practices.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and comprehend the workflow.

• Train in the Versat Framework using C# to assist in the development and rectification of functionalities under supervision.

• Analyze simple tasks with the team and provide solutions aligned with planning.

• Assist in correcting errors and enhancing existing functionalities.

• Implement coding best practices while receiving feedback during code reviews.

• Maintain or adjust segments of the code according to guidance from senior team members.

• Create basic testing steps to validate your deliveries.

• Communicate progress, inquiries, and changes clearly and in a timely manner.

• Develop your individual OKRs with support from the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish or a commitment to learn the language.

• Higher education in technology-related fields focused on enterprise software development (completed or in progress).

• Interest in learning about ERP / SaaS.

• Basic knowledge of C# and a strong motivation to improve.

• Initial experience with Git.

• Familiarity with or interest in agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

• Communicative, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.

• Open to receiving feedback and guidance.
