Junior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gradually become familiar with Versat ERP and Versat CRM products.

• Learn the team's working methodology and agile best practices.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and understand the workflow.

• Train in the Versat Framework using C# to assist in the development and correction of functionalities under supervision.

• Analyze simple tasks with the team and deliver solutions aligned with planning.

• Support the correction of errors and enhancements of existing functionalities.

• Apply coding best practices while receiving feedback during code reviews.

• Maintain or adjust parts of the code following senior team guidance.

• Create basic testing steps to validate your deliveries.

• Communicate progress, questions, and changes clearly and promptly.

• Develop individual OKRs with team oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish or a commitment to learning the language.

• Higher education in technology courses focused on business software development (completed or in progress).

• Interest in learning about ERP/SaaS.

• Basic knowledge of C# and a strong motivation to improve.

• Initial experience with Git.

• Familiarity or interest in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Communicative, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.

• Openness to receiving feedback and guidance.
