Junior Associate, Scientific Writing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create slide decks and modules utilizing globally sanctioned materials from the MLR asset library.

• Accurately format and structure content in a professional manner using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Ensure that final outputs are complete and aligned with global assets and/or the shared tactical plan.

• Uphold consistency, accuracy, and compliance with approved references and templates.

• Collaborate with senior medical writers and the medical team to ensure the accuracy and clarity of content.

• Proactively communicate to monitor progress, clarify requirements, and adhere to project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• MPharm, MSc/Masters equivalent, or PharmD.

• 0–1 year of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience or familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in English (both oral and written).

• Proficiency in French (both oral and written).

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Capability to follow structured guidance and utilize approved materials.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be a resident of Canada.
