Junior Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a portfolio of cases until resolution is achieved

• Depositions: Preparing clients for their depositions

• Attending depositions as required

• Invoicing for deposition services

• Addressing client inquiries that necessitate attorney negotiations and advancing matters towards resolution

• Promptly responding to incoming emails and phone calls

• Offering direction and support to non-attorney staff as necessary

• Team Player: Contributing positivity to the workplace and setting an example for non-attorneys

• Engaging in team events both during and after work hours

• Providing constructive feedback to management to enhance ALG's performance for our clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates MUST be admitted to the CA State Bar and ideally reside within the state of California

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced work settings

• Experience with doctors' depositions (preferred)

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Candidates must maintain good standing with the California State Bar
