Junior Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with our customers to grasp their needs and objectives.

• Develop work packages and succinct creative briefs for our design team.

• Oversee daily design operations, plan workflows, and manage deadlines.

• Refine design projects and ensure the highest quality of our deliverables.

• Continuously enhance our processes and workflows.

• Inspire the team to consistently achieve 100% delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing design projects (such as Creative Project Manager or Campaign Manager).

• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in design software (Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Strong proactive mindset, independence, and sense of accountability.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of creative communication and how innovative content can impact business outcomes.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus.

• Bonus: Familiarity with advertising, social media platforms, branding, and corporate communication.
