Junior AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Assist in the swift delivery of projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a similar discipline

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles (OOP, Git, concurrency, parallelism)

• Proficiency in Python programming language

• Familiarity with LLM system design (RAG, agents, etc.)

• Understanding of ML system design (pipelines, training/inference techniques)

• Exceptional English communication abilities

• Experience in non-academic projects (jobs, internships, or similar experiences)

• Prior involvement in LLM projects (academic or otherwise)

• Familiarity with AI features in cloud platforms (Sagemaker, Bedrock, Vertex AI)

• Experience with large codebases
