• You will be part of our AI Board and collaborate with the team to establish the AI infrastructure that enables our AI-first transformation: Governance & Standards: You will create your own automations and derive standards applicable to the entire company.
• AI Workflows Coaching: Employees from Marketing, HR, Sales, and other areas will develop their own automations. You will support them by defining purposes, implementing structures, and jointly verifying functionality.
• AI Board Operations: You will keep the tools updated that ensure the AI Board operates smoothly: access manuals, agent registries, and monthly status reports for company management.
• Hands-on Automation: You will actively create your own automations and take responsibility for selected agents—ensuring that your consulting is based on real experience, not just theory.
• Completed university degree—ideally in fields such as Business Informatics, Data Science, Digital Business, or other relevant areas.
• Initial practical experience in automation, operations, or AI—as a working student, intern, or in your first job: you have analyzed real processes, implemented tools, or built workflows.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar): you have built your own workflows and understand why they sometimes don’t function as intended.
• You use Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools as daily work instruments.
• Fluent in German (C2) and very good in English.
• Nice-to-have: experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Basic understanding of APIs or webhooks—not coding, but you know what JSON or a webhook is.
• Initial exposure to AI governance, agent frameworks, or Claude Code.
• Experience with process documentation or operational playbooks.
• Front row seat in the AI transformation: you will witness firsthand how a company consistently adopts an AI-first approach and contribute actively.
• A genuine opportunity for development: AI Automation & Governance is one of the most sought-after areas in the market. You will build this skill set from the ground up—with real projects and true responsibility.
• Full access to Claude Enterprise—the most powerful AI tool that we use daily.
• Completely remote within Germany.
• Academy4Members—our internal training platform.
• Company pension scheme (30% contribution).
