Junior AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain AI/ML solutions across various business sectors.

• Lead the entire process of AI/ML development, including data preparation, model creation/training, testing, and performance evaluation.

• Incorporate models into workflows to achieve operational objectives.

• Ensure that solutions comply with established organizational policies regarding data security and privacy.

• Oversee model performance and consistently enhance accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with operations, client services, and IT teams to identify automation requirements and business needs.

• Convert operational challenges into analytical frameworks and AI-driven solutions.

• Convey complex insights in a clear and actionable manner for management, operations, and IT personnel.

• Assist in automation projects aimed at minimizing manual processes and boosting efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML model development and maintenance.

• Expertise in SQL and Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pillow).

• Familiarity with inference engines (Ollama, vLLM).

• Proficient in Ubuntu/Linux environments.

• Skilled in using Docker.

• Knowledgeable in NLP frameworks (BERT, RoBERTa).

• Experienced with PDF parsing and extraction tools (Tesseract OCR, PDF Plumber, VLM models).

• Strong analytical capabilities in data analysis.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
