Junior AI Agent Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI agents and automation workflows.

• Explore contemporary AI tools to streamline genuine business processes.

• Collaborate with department leaders to pinpoint automation possibilities.

• Create prototypes and assess AI-driven workflows for marketing, SEO, operations, and analytics.

• Integrate AI tools with APIs, databases, and internal systems.

• Assist teams in understanding and incorporating AI tools into their daily tasks.

• Continuously refine and enhance automation systems.

• Document workflows and disseminate best practices across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript).

• Comfortable with APIs and integrations.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.

• Interest in automation and emerging AI technologies.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of articulating technical concepts in simple terms.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to devise practical solutions swiftly.

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.

• Experience in AI workflows, prompt engineering, or agentic systems is a plus.

• Background in web scraping or data pipelines is a plus.

• Experience in assisting teams with the adoption of new tools or systems is a plus.
