• Actively seek and engage new affiliate partners with quality traffic tailored to target GEOs and the brands we represent.
• Conduct initial communication with partners: identify needs, gather basic traffic metrics, and agree on collaboration terms.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Airtable: record contact statuses, register partners in the system, and provide account managers with context and next steps.
• Manage the partner database: reactivate inactive partners and foster long-term relationships.
• Analyze markets and traffic sources across various GEOs: explore affiliate networks, directories, forums, and social media.
• Understanding of affiliate/digital marketing and collaboration models such as CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid.
• Experience in outbound communication and skills in actively searching for partners or leads.
• Basic understanding of traffic sources: SEO, PPC, In-App, email marketing, Facebook, etc.
• Experience with CRM systems or pipelines (Airtable or similar).
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level for communication with international partners.
• Confident use of AI tools, messaging applications, and standard work tools.
• Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
