This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Navigate various internal systems and third-party billing platforms to oversee the entire invoice lifecycle.
• Prepare and issue client invoices to guarantee consistent cash flow.
• Gather and upload essential supporting documents to verify work and prevent payment delays.
• Maintain orderly digital records and provide proactive administrative assistance to ensure transparent financial operations.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with billing systems such as Coupa, Workday, or ServiceChannel is advantageous.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working from a home office.
