This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, research, and connect with potential clients within Quantanite’s target markets.
• Implement organized outbound campaigns utilizing multi-touch and multi-modal Go-To-Market cadences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and authorized sales acceleration platforms.
• Cultivate and advance qualified commercial opportunities, moving beyond initial interest to gain insights into the prospect’s current situation, strategic challenges, decision-making hierarchy, and potential business value.
• Engage prospects in conversations that add commercial significance.
• Clearly communicate Quantanite’s value proposition with confidence.
• Obtain early access to relevant senior stakeholders.
• Assist in developing mutually agreed benefits and business outcomes that significantly surpass costs and demonstrate measurable value to the prospect.
• Utilize contemporary sales acceleration and Go-To-Market tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and pipeline quality.
• Construct, refine, and implement targeted outbound sequences.
• Keep precise and current records of prospect interactions, opportunity status, next steps, qualification criteria, and forecasted pipeline value.
• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-driven BPO, CX, call center solutions, or a similar B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression using established Go-To-Market frameworks.
• Proven track record of carrying a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally exceeding $1.2M.
• Strong comprehension of modern Go-To-Market motions, multi-touch cadences, and multi-modal prospecting strategies.
• Practical experience with sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or equivalent platforms.
• Solid foundational experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and related automations.
• Ability to configure or create basic automations within sales tools or CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with qualification frameworks or consultative selling methodologies.
• Capability to identify authentic business challenges, understand commercial value, and differentiate real opportunities from low-probability prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers.
• High degree of organization, discipline, attention to detail, and comfort in formal reporting structures.
• Commercial maturity, intellectual curiosity, and skill in navigating complex “art of the possible” sales discussions.
