This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, research, and connect with potential clients within Quantanite’s target markets.
• Implement structured outbound initiatives utilizing multi-touch and multi-modal GTM strategies.
• Develop and advance qualified commercial opportunities, progressing beyond initial interest.
• Engage prospects in commercially significant discussions that uncover the underlying motivations.
• Clearly articulate Quantanite’s value proposition, highlighting how our integration of AI, technology, operational expertise, and human capability can assist clients in addressing strategic business challenges.
• Obtain early access to relevant senior stakeholders and economic decision-makers to enhance opportunity quality.
• Aid in the formulation of mutually agreed-upon benefits and business outcomes that surpass costs.
• Utilize contemporary sales acceleration and GTM tools to enhance prospecting efficiency.
• Keep accurate and current records of prospect interactions, opportunity status, and projected pipeline value.
• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call center solutions, or a related B2B sales environment.
• Proven track record in outbound pre-sales, opportunity generation, and early-stage deal progression using established Go-To-Market frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally at a level of $1.2M or higher.
• Strong comprehension of modern GTM motions, multi-touch strategies, and multi-modal prospecting methods.
• Practical experience with sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or similar platforms.
• Solid foundational experience with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and relevant automations.
• Capability to configure or create basic automations within sales tools or CRM environments.
• Hands-on experience using qualification frameworks or consultative selling methodologies.
• Ability to identify genuine business challenges, comprehend commercial value, and differentiate real opportunities from unlikely leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers professionally.
• High level of organization, discipline, attention to detail, and comfort operating within formal reporting structures.
• Commercial maturity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex sales narratives effectively.
