Judicial Foreclosure Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of overdue, court-ordered foreclosure cases.

• Lead a team to ensure adherence to state regulations and investor policies from referral through to sale.

• Oversee judicial foreclosure processes, maintaining compliance with state, federal, and investor regulations.

• Supervise a team of processors, offering training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance performance.

• Serve as a liaison with external legal counsel to facilitate file movement and prepare for court hearings.

• Provide prompt, courteous, and comprehensive responses to a significant volume of email communications.

• Review foreclosure documentation for precision.

• Monitor portfolios to avert delays and reduce financial risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in lender processing or other default services processing within the legal sector.

• Strong comprehension of judicial foreclosure laws and procedures is essential.

• Familiarity with client and case management systems such as Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, and Tempo is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.

• Exhibits a strong attention to accuracy and detail.

• Able to prioritize effectively and meet stringent deadlines.

• Experience with SCRA and proficiency in electronic databases would be a plus.
