• Oversee IT governance activities by integrating board processes, updating governance frameworks, and facilitating compliance initiatives.
• Manage logistics for meetings, plan agendas, and coordinate follow-up communications.
• Create and enhance documentation, implement process improvements, and engage stakeholders to promote enterprise technology goals and uphold effective controls.
• Assist in the transformation and operations of IT Governance.
• Collaborate with the IT Governance Team to refine and elevate the strategy, processes, and activities of the IT Governance Board (ITGB).
• Work alongside the IT Governance Team to revise and integrate Change Request (CR) processes and procedures within the larger IT Governance framework.
• Support the redesign of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implement automation solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT Governance Team to update DMCC processes in alignment with new IT governance standards.
• Unify governance board processes by working with cross-functional teams to synchronize decision-making structures and ensure effective governance across IT initiatives.
• Review current policies to update governance frameworks, recommend enhancements, and implement changes to bolster organizational controls and compliance.
• Aid compliance initiatives by monitoring regulatory requirements, assisting with audits, and facilitating internal training to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology along with five (5) years of relevant professional IT experience.
• Ability to successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation.
• Strong understanding and application of industry standards and best practices in data governance and data management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Over 5 years of experience in data governance, data analysis, and data management, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information and manage stakeholder relationships.
