This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, develop, and sustain data integration pipelines that facilitate cross-SYSCOM data sharing and interoperability.
• Work in collaboration with data owners and system engineers to guarantee data governance, security, and adherence to DoD standards.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that equip leadership with actionable insights, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Provide visibility into real-time or near-real-time metrics for program execution, technology maturation, and funding alignment.
• Evaluate transition status, risks, timelines, and return-on-investment metrics to aid decision-making across NAVAIR portfolios.
• Build predictive or exploratory models to assist in forecasting, portfolio alignment, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Investigate and evaluate new analytical methods and tools applicable to Navy R&D and acquisition settings.
• Compile technical documentation, deliver briefings, and create executive-level summaries to convey findings and recommendations.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Acquisition is preferred along with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting government acquisition-related tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint).
• Basic skills in data management and tracking.
• Ability to work efficiently under supervision and adhere to established procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
