This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Serve as the technical leader of the squad, being a reference for architectural decisions and best practices.

• Oversee the end-to-end development of solutions (from design to production).

• Lead the product construction, ensuring compliance with technical, functional, and regulatory requirements.

• Support the team with technical inquiries, fostering continuous growth and knowledge dissemination.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, performance, and security.

• Define and uphold quality standards, observability, resilience, and testing.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Architecture, translating requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Actively participate in incident and error analysis in production, supporting troubleshooting, RCA, and continuous improvements.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in CI/CD, version control, documentation, and technical governance.

• Focus on performance, scalability, and high availability.

• Experience with Java 8+ development and Spring (Data, Cache, Cloud, Batch...).

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.

• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka).

• Knowledge of Postman and Redis.

• Proficient in Git and Git-Flow.

• Understanding of Azure Functions.

• Development focused on quality: unit testing and Sonar (metrics).

• Experience with microservices and concurrent systems.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Node.js.
