Java Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and the various tools associated with Java development;

• Practical experience in designing, developing, and automating tests for state-of-the-art cloud-native systems;

• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for managing project deliveries in an organized fashion;

• Demonstrated success in establishing and improving engineering practices while nurturing the skills of team members;

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka and MQ, showcasing your expertise in this domain;

• Comprehensive understanding of integration patterns and their extensive implications;

• A consistently optimistic attitude, coupled with a strong desire for learning and self-improvement;

• Excellent communication abilities that facilitate smooth collaboration with colleagues;

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written English, allowing for effective communication in an international setting.

• As we engage with a wide array of tools, technologies, and platforms, any knowledge or experience you have in these areas would be highly advantageous:

• Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux, and various data storage solutions. Expertise in designing and optimizing both relational and non-relational databases.
