This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee the technical team and guarantee the successful delivery of requests for the BFF and APP;

• Ensure the effective development of microservices utilizing Java/Spring Boot;

• Manage Kafka queues to facilitate communication between services;

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement efficient solutions;

• Monitor and continuously enhance service performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.

• Extensive experience in software architecture;

• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership;

• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot;

• Experience in microservices development;

• Understanding of BFF and front-end APP integrations;

• Proven experience with Kafka queues;

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, like MongoDB;

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools, including Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
