Java Full Stack Developer – Outbound, Selfservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable microservices and RESTful APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop backend systems that facilitate dynamic call routing, queue management, and configuration-driven workflows.

• Create services that support outbound campaign management and dialer customization.

• Collaborate with UI teams to enhance self-service interfaces utilized by business users.

• Integrate applications with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Abstract and manage business logic outside of Amazon Connect to allow for flexible configurations.

• Ensure systems can support real-time updates without necessitating deployments.

• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.

• Engage in code reviews, debugging, and providing production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and contemporary JavaScript (ES6+).

• Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Strong grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Docker.

• Knowledge of configuration-driven systems or platforms where business users manage workflows is advantageous.

• Exposure to contact center platforms, IVR systems, or tools like Amazon Connect is a plus.
