Java Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Convert business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Create maintainable, reusable, and efficient frontend and backend components.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and technology advancements.

• Design, develop, and sustain backend applications utilizing Java and Spring technologies.

• Construct and uphold RESTful APIs that support platform functionality and integrations.

• Integrate internal systems with third-party applications.

• Implement asynchronous processing and assist with distributed application architecture as needed.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to produce intuitive user experiences.

• Uphold frontend standards concerning performance, accessibility, and usability.

• Design and sustain scalable relational database architectures.

• Craft optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Implement solutions for authentication and authorization.

• Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and performance challenges.

• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.

• Experience in developing scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in SaaS, platform technology, or high-growth technology environments is highly preferred.

• Exposure to workflow-driven systems or customer-facing platforms is a plus.
