This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Actively participate in the development of a new suite of platform capabilities within the ‘Digital Core’.

• Collaborate closely with the solution architect to establish and uphold the solution and best practices.

• Provide leadership to agile teams engaged with the platform to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs within the Digital Operations platform.

• Offer technical expertise in evaluating new software projects and initiatives.

• Conduct code reviews and test software as necessary, participating in the application architecture phases.

• Ensure the implementation of proper operational controls and procedures for transitioning from test to production.

• Java software engineer with over 5 years of experience.

• Strong understanding of design patterns relevant to data streaming.

• Experience with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tools is also highly desirable.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript / React / Redux is applicable.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (TeamCity / Jenkins), Git / GitHub / GitLab.

• Understanding of Docker/containerization technologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

• Proven experience in agile SDLC within a large-scale enterprise environment.

• Knowledge of post-trade processing in large financial institutions is an added advantage!

• 12-month B2B contract role.

• Flexibility to work remotely from Poland.
