• Design and implement applications utilizing Java EE platforms

• Work collaboratively with team members to gather and understand project requirements

• Enhance and maintain existing applications

• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

• Experience: 3 to 8 Years

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Software Development

• Proven expertise in Java development

• Practical experience in designing and developing applications with Java EE platforms

• Proficient in Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

• In-depth understanding of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

• Familiarity with the Spring Framework

• Certification as a Sun Certified Java Developer

• Experience in developing web applications using at least one recognized web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

• Background in test-driven development
