This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• A contemporary web application platform dedicated to Human Capital Management.

• Gradual refactoring and migration of essential components to a cloud-native infrastructure.

• Creation of components for our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, KIDICAP.

• Development of new web applications focused on HR and personnel management.

• A relevant degree or vocational training with a background in computer science.

• Over 3 years of experience in Java development (JEE / J2EE / Jakarta EE), with knowledge of Hibernate, REST, and SQL (preferably Oracle DBMS).

• Preferred: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and cloud-native technologies.

• A strong passion for software development coupled with a quality-driven mindset.

• Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork and a sense of ownership.

• Proficiency in German (C1 or higher).

• Complete remote work option (within Germany; other locations in the EU by agreement).
