Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using Java and AngularJs.

• Create and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.

• Manage and enhance MySQL databases, focusing on schema design and optimizing query performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Engage in the complete application lifecycle, with an emphasis on coding, debugging, and testing.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends; implement authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

• Possess experience with Microservices architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on Java and AngularJs.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with MySQL.

• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with RESTful web services.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Understanding of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Chai, Mocha).

• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
