Java Backend Engineer – Microservices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong command of English is essential.

• Proficiency in Java (minimum versions 8 and 11).

• Experience with agile environments.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture: APIs, RESTful, OpenAPI, Swagger.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot.

• Experience using Maven.

• Testing skills (JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, Spring Test).

• Experience with relational databases.
