Java Backend Developer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical team to guarantee the fulfillment of requirements for the BFF and application;

• Ensure the creation of microservices utilizing Java/Spring Boot;

• Administer Kafka queues for inter-service communication;

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions;

• Track and enhance service performance using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role;

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot;

• Experience in developing microservices;

• Familiarity with BFF and front-end (app) integrations;

• Proven experience with Kafka queues;

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, including MongoDB;

• Understanding of observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
