⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate possesses substantial production experience in Java backend development:

• - Preferably with modern frameworks such as **Spring Boot**.

• - Familiarity with cloud-native environments is essential.

• - Proven experience in building and maintaining distributed systems at scale.

• - Ability to write production-quality code with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and testability.

• - **Fintech experience** is a significant advantage, especially in areas like payments and banking products.

• - Proficiency in both Russian and English languages is required.
