This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Create and develop innovative technology solutions utilizing Java and Spring.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful completion of deployment and integration tasks.

• Support client personnel in resolving production issues.

• Propose initiatives for the ongoing enhancement of platform performance and reliability.

• Suggest modifications in project design concepts to boost efficiency.

• Create design specifications, installation guidelines, and other system-related documentation.

• Assess the stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of the Java system architecture.

• Select appropriate design solutions and guarantee compatibility of system components while collaborating with software engineers.

• Analyze current or emerging technologies while considering the financial implications of Java programs.

• Offer technical advice and support the development of systems.

• Identify system data, hardware, and software components essential for fulfilling user requirements.

• Provide implementation guidelines for system security to clients or installation teams.

• Implement solutions that prioritize reuse and adhere to industry standards across program, enterprise, or operational scopes.

• Communicate architectural solutions effectively to professionals and leaders at all levels.

• Ensure adherence to established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices.

• Contribute to the Java Architect profession both within the organization and externally.

• Lead system architecture, design, cross-business area projects, and development teams.

• Identify, evaluate, and present feedback on project activities and plans.

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain various programs, subsystems, and enhancements to the existing system.

• 2-3 years of experience as an Architect or Technical Lead.

• Proficiency in Python/Django.

• Extensive development experience with Java and the Spring Framework.

• Strong communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience with AWS (IaaS + PaaS).

• Preferred: AWS experience, especially with S3, Kafka, Kinesis, and Redshift.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AWS Lambda and Docker.
