This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Delivering continuous operational assistance for intricate web applications that are part of the MyPaisaa microservices platform.
• Creating service artifacts and managing deployments.
• Enhancing service reliability by pinpointing essential service-specific metrics, establishing significant alert thresholds, and automating alert responses.
• Addressing complex issues promptly and accurately through active troubleshooting, automation, and systems programming.
• Offering system support and troubleshooting, while keeping all stakeholders informed through the JIRA ticketing system.
• Engaging in incident resolution processes to facilitate the restoration and repair of service-affecting problems.
• Collaborating closely with development teams and escalating concerns for further application modifications.
• Developing and maintaining Knowledge Base Articles.
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
• A BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Java or Python.
• Intermediate familiarity with web frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring MVC is a plus.
• Experience in operating and supporting sophisticated web applications within a microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with build tools like Ant, Ivy, Maven, or Griddle.
• Competence in log analysis using tools such as Splunk or ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience working with REST APIs and hands-on experience using API clients like POSTMAN.
• Background in distributed systems and exposure to messaging with JMS will be advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple issues to ensure the resolution of the most critical ones.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Continuous operational support for intricate web applications that are part of the MyPaisaa microservices platform.

• Enhancement of service stability by identifying essential service-specific metrics, setting significant alert thresholds, and automating alert responses.
• Resolution of complex issues in a timely and precise manner through active troubleshooting, automation, and systems programming.
• Provision of system support and troubleshooting, while updating all stakeholders via the JIRA ticketing system.
• Participation in incident resolution processes to drive the restoration and repair of service-impacting issues.
• Close collaboration with development teams and escalation of issues for further application adjustments.
• Development and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles.
