This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat for various inquiries.
• Offer support for accounts and applications, particularly regarding software functionality.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
• Ensure accurate and prompt responses to viewer inquiries.
• Possess a high level of Italian (both written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2).
• Have a strong passion for entertainment and the media industry.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities along with empathy, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Be familiar with digital streaming services and related devices.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Portugal.
