This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's website along with internal web applications.

• Optimize landing pages to enhance marketing efforts and improve lead conversion rates.

• Apply contemporary UX/UI design principles to elevate visual appeal and user experience.

• Utilize Google ecosystem tools, including Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate tracking.

• Harness AI tools as a coding/programming assistant.

• Conduct regular audits to enhance website speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate digital assets and content for various campaigns.

• Ensure website security, carry out regular updates, and manage hosting or server environments.

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Multimedia Specialist.

• Demonstrated experience in backend and full-stack web development.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and/or relevant backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Laravel).

• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.

• In-depth knowledge of landing page creation and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience utilizing Google tools, specifically Google Tag Manager.

• Comfortable with AI and automation tools to enhance workflows or create content/designs.

• Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI/UX best practices.

• Experience with 3D forms or interactive web elements is a significant advantage.

• Ability to convert complex manufacturing processes or services into clear and user-friendly digital content.

• Knowledge of SEO, page speed optimization, and schema markup.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bonus: Experience addressing the web design needs of industrial or manufacturing companies.

• Required Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.
