This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support through Jira Service Management, escalating issues as necessary.
• Resolve macOS and Windows hardware, software, network, and user account issues remotely.
• Set up and configure laptops and devices for new hires utilizing JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Create, update, disable, and manage user accounts within Google Workspace.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and revoking system access.
• Keep precise records of IT assets and device inventory.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot business software and applications.
• Aid in user access management across various business platforms, including Slack, LastPass, and Employment Hero.
• Conduct routine device updates and patch management using JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Support IT security awareness efforts, including phishing training campaigns.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
• Oversee the procurement, shipping, and inventory updates of IT equipment.
• Accurately record support requests, resolutions, and system changes within Jira.
• Escalate complex technical issues with thorough documentation and diagnostics.
• Ensure that new starters have functional devices and system access on their first day.
• Adhere to IT security policies and promptly report any security issues.
• Assist with ad hoc IT projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Proven experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
• Basic administration skills in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems such as Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to follow documentation, SOPs, and technical runbooks.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, phishing awareness, and password security.
• Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies.
