This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for overseeing, assisting, and managing incidents throughout the enterprise-wide network, systems, and applications.
• Prioritizes real-time situational awareness to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Elevates concerns to both internal and external support teams while aiding in troubleshooting efforts.
• Facilitates IT incident bridge calls to reach resolution by providing status updates.
• Observes network connectivity and performance, coordinating with telecom carriers as necessary.
• Conducts system and application monitoring and diagnostics.
• Ensures that incidents are resolved within the established SLAs.
• Offers first-line troubleshooting for technologies in the corporate data center.
• Keeps technical documentation and standard operating procedures up to date.
• Associate’s degree and over 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with the capability to build strong working relationships across IT teams.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Dedication to continuous improvement and a customer-centric service attitude.
• ITIL and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
