IT Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers direct service assistance to users for a diverse range of computing devices and peripherals, alongside all IT-related functions.

• Operates independently to fulfill end-user requests and resolve issues in accordance with established service and procedural standards.

• Oversees the maintenance of computer networks across various locations and/or care centers.

• Responsible for testing applications and documenting workflow processes.

• Offers user support and customer service to physicians and staff to address software and hardware challenges.

• Communicates security information across all levels of the organization.

• Adheres to standard Help Desk operational procedures; meticulously logs all Help Desk interactions using tracking software for job tickets.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent is required.

• An Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a Certificate in a related computer technology field is preferred.

• Five years of experience may substitute for a degree or certificate.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in Information Technology is necessary.

• Microsoft certifications are preferred.

• A solid understanding of common operating systems and software applications is required.

• Adequate familiarity with equipment typically found in clinical settings.

• Knowledgeable about Microsoft online services.

• Familiarity with healthcare systems operations, such as EMR, is essential.
