This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide support and assistance to users for IT applications, encompassing installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and handling IT and technical incidents.
• Assist in maintaining IT equipment functionality, with a particular focus on server administration.
• Act as a technical collaborator, offering discipline-specific support for the unit’s activities, initiatives, and processes.
• Conduct research and analysis on processes, information management, and data handling.
• Deliver technical support for projects and address operational issues and incidents.
• Perform technical research and analysis, serving as a resource for presenting solutions.
• Implement and sustain software, along with manual and automated processes.
• Provide user training.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Create technical notes to enhance users’ skills and knowledge within their teams.
• Assist practitioners in adhering to the unit’s processes and effectively utilizing its tools and systems.
• College diploma in a relevant field.
• A minimum of two years of related experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential due to the nature of the responsibilities, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
