This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Offer technical assistance for the ticketing system.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to the ticketing system.
• Administer user accounts and manage access permissions within the ticketing system.
• Address support inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Deliver end-user training on the ticketing system and associated applications.
• Keep system documentation accurate and make updates as required.
• Collaborate with other IT Ticketing Systems personnel to ensure integration of the ticketing system with other systems and applications as needed.
• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices concerning ticketing systems and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• $75 monthly cell phone stipend
