• Oversee the complete lifecycle of hardware for students and faculty, ensuring devices are properly configured, updated, and secured.

• Maintain and troubleshoot campus IP networks while implementing best practices for security.

• Manage software subscriptions and licenses, guaranteeing that faculty and students have continuous access to vital educational resources.

• Collaborate with Senior IT Specialists on infrastructure enhancements, cloud migrations, and security audits, gaining insights into advanced architectural planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Systems Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration.

• Experience with Blackbaud Suite Support is preferred.

• Familiarity with Subscription Management is highly sought after.
