IT Systems Audit Manager – Audit Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize accounting and auditing principles to enhance government performance and ensure compliance.

• Oversee and direct audit or advisory projects, maintaining adherence to federal standards.

• Engage in the planning and execution of strategies and deliverables for projects.

• Examine audit data and create solutions that meet PWS requirements.

• Offer technical support to team members to guarantee tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Prepare and present information to stakeholders and lead meetings with clients.

• Ensure that documentation and deliverables conform to federal regulations and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related technical field.

• An active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) must be held at the time of proposal submission.

• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing is required.

• At least 6 years of pertinent financial or business experience, including 2 years in a leadership role on audit or advisory projects for government clients.

• Experience with federal audit requirements, including OMB Circulars (A-123, A-127, A-134) and FISCAM.

• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).

• Previous experience with DoD systems and standards.

• Exceptional analytical, writing, and client-facing communication skills.

• Familiarity with SAP/HANA 4 or OneStream is advantageous.
